About me
Parcival Weijnen is a freelance investigative journalist and co-founder of Investigative Collective Spit, a non-profit coop formed by now eight freelance investigative journalists in The Netherlands. Parcival wrote investigative stories on fisheries, financial crimes, public finance, and real estate corruption. He works for Dutch and international media. He wrote about a deal in which George Soros bought 600 Dutch social houses. Two years later he sold these houses with an enormous profit. After the publication the notary that closed the Soros-deal started a lawsuit against me, Spit, and De Groene Amsterdammer (the weekly that published the article)
