About me
Petra Jurina works as a Head of the Division for General Commercial and Bankruptcy Law in the Directorate for Civil, Commercial, and Administrative Law of the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration, and Digital Transformation. She was a Croatian expert in negotiating the 2024 Anti-SLAPP Directive. She is also the national focal point for the transposition and implementation of the 2024 Anti-SLAPP Directive and Recommendation.
