About me
Tedi Dobi is a well-known professional in the field of justice and European integration, serving as the Deputy Minister of Justice since April 2024. He primarily focuses on the strategic framework of justice and integration issues within the European Union, engaging as the Negotiator for Albania's Accession to the EU for Chapter 23, which encompasses “Judiciary and Fundamental Rights.”
With extensive experience, Dobi has contributed as a high-level expert in various projects supporting Albania’s European integration process. He has worked on anti-corruption issues and assisted in compliance with EU acquis.
During 2021 and 2022, he served as an Advisor in the Prime Minister's office, engaging in the drafting and improvement of priority acts and negotiations on international agreements. Prior to this, Dobi was part of the EURALIUS project, contributing to Justice Reform and legislative initiatives in various areas.
He holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including the University of Edinburgh and Cornell University, and has completed executive studies at Harvard. Additionally, he has served as an external lecturer at the University of Tirana, helping to train new generations in the fields of law and professional ethics.
